Welcoming new patients to the practice is something that we love to do and the best way to decide if we are the right practice for you is to try out the service we offer. Our aim is to put you at ease and to ensure your first visit to the practice is enjoyable. We want to build a good relationship with you right from the start, so that you will feel confident and able to trust us with your dental care.
Every new patient we see starts with a new patient consultation. This gives both you and us time to assess your dental requirements. We will ask you some questions about your dental and general health and give you the opportunity to explain to us any areas of your dental health that may be of concern to you.
Your dentist will take x-rays and give your teeth and gums a thorough examination including a mouth cancer screening and any necessary x-rays and photographs.
Following the consultation your dentist will sit down with you and discuss the consultation and make some recommendations. You are not obliged to have any further treatment from us and can decide in your own time the treatment you would like to proceed with.
