Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment using CT scanning, intraoral scanning and Digital Smile Design (DSD). Dr Winstanley will evaluate your bone structure, map every detail digitally, and design your new smile on screen — so you can see the result before treatment even begins.

Once fully healed, your provisional bridge is replaced with your definitive restoration, crafted from high-strength zirconia or a precision PMMA sleeve over a titanium bar, depending on your clinical needs. This is the smile you’ll keep for years to come.
Detailed 3D imaging of your jawbone allows Dr Winstanley to plan the exact position, angle and depth of each implant before surgery begins.
Digital impressions replace messy moulds, capturing millimetre-accurate data of your mouth for a superior prosthetic fit.

Yes. Dr Winstanley has never had a patient leave without fixed teeth on the day of surgery. A specialist dental technician works on-site at Mola Dental, handcrafting your bespoke bridge while your surgery takes place. In very rare cases where implant stability isn’t achieved, an alternative plan would be discussed with you in advance. This is exceptionally uncommon.
On surgery day, you’ll receive a high-quality acrylic resin provisional bridge that looks and functions beautifully. After 4–6 months of healing, this is replaced with your definitive restoration, either a premium zirconia bridge or a PMMA sleeve over a titanium bar, depending on your clinical needs. Both options are extremely durable and natural-looking.
Unlike dentures, your new teeth are permanently fixed to implants in your jawbone. They don’t slip, click or need to be removed at night. You can eat steak, bite into an apple and smile with complete confidence, just as you would with natural teeth.
