Megan MEverything about this dental clinic is amazing, especially the friendly staff, the decor and cleanliness and the payment plan options. I visited for the first time two days ago for a consultation/examination. Anastasia was so friendly, kind and patient and really took the time to explain what she could see clinically and in the x-ray of my teeth. She laid out so clearly everything that she would like to do in the next 6 months to keep my teeth in their best shape, and made sure I fully understood everything. I returned today for a replacement filling and again I was made to feel completely at ease and Anastasia made sure I was comfortable at every moment during the appointment. I brought my children with me to the appointment and all of the staff were so kind and patient towards them, giving them a sticker and praising them. When it came to having their appointment with Sarah, they were made to feel welcome and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for a better first dentist experience for them. They can’t wait to come back next time! Thank you so much to the whole team for making us all feel so at ease and comfortable.

I had a very bad experience years ago during which I was hurt, messily and very badly. I swore that it was the last time I would ever visit a dentist again. I remained paranoid, anxious and fearful. By the time my partner finally insisted I have my teeth looked at again I had gone 15 years without treatment and clearly, there was work to be done. Chet, Francesca and their staff welcomed me with heartfelt assurances of my safety and treated me with kid gloves. I was consulted at every stage and repeatedly asked if I was OK to continue during every treatment session. As a consequence of their attention to detail and care, I now see them regularly and it is indeed a happy ending for me and my teeth! We’ll gently show them some of the basic instruments, like a small mirror and a ‘tooth counter’ (explorer), so they know what to expect. The overhead light will help the dentist see clearly, and we’ll always check your child is comfortable before starting.
The check-up itself is quick and non-invasive. The dentist will count your child’s teeth, check for any early signs of decay or crowding, and look at how the teeth and jaw are developing. If needed, we may use a flavoured mouthwash to rinse or clean gently.
